Midday Report- Indian Markets rally as Sensex reclaims 78,000

The benchmark indices were trading higher on April 15, 2026, amid hopes of renewed US-Iran talks. Broad-based gains across sectoral indices indicate strong bullish sentiment in the market. At 12.55 pm, Sensex rose 1.56% or 1200 points to 78,044. The Nifty gained 1.55% or 370 points to 24,213.

Brent crude fell nearly 4.6% in the previous session, dropping below the psychological $95/barrel mark.
