Midday Report- Sensex down 760 points, Nifty below 24,200

The benchmark indices were trading lower on April 23, 2026, as Brent crude has surged past $103 per barrel, marking its fourth consecutive session of gains. Majority of the sectors were in red. At 12.41 pm, Sensex slipped 0.97% or 768 points to 77,762. The Nifty dipped by 0.76% or 186 points to 24,192.
