Aurobindo Pharma arm to acquire stake in Lannett Company LLC

Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, entered into a definitive agreement with Lannett Seller Holdco, Inc under which Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc will acquire 100% of membership interest in Lannett Company LLC from Lannett Seller Holdco, Inc.
 
At 11.59 am, Aurobindo Pharma was trading at Rs. 1,156.25, down by 0.06%, with a volume of 0.37 lakh shares on the BSE.
