Matrimony.com at its board meeting held on December 15, 2025, approved the proposals of buyback of 8,93,129 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each of the company of an amount not exceeding Rs. 58.5 crore, being 24.68% and 24.81% of the aggregate of the total paid-up equity share capital and free reserves of the company, at a buyback price of Rs. 655 per equity share.
