Indian indices-

The benchmark indices ended lower on November 06, 2025, amid profit booking in key sectors. The persistent FII selling also dented the market sentiment. BSE Midcap index fell 1.2%, and smallcap index shed 1.5%. At close, the Sensex was down 148.14 points or 0.18% at 83,311.01. The Nifty was down 87.95 points or 0.34% at 25,509.70.

Rupee ended 88.61/$ against November 04, close of 88.65/$.

1. Hindalco Industries fell 5.16% to Rs. 788.05, after the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Novelis Inc. warned of a $550-650 million negative free cash flow impact in FY26 following a fire at its Oswego plant in New York.

2. Delhivery declined 9.04% to Rs. 441.10, posting a loss of Rs 50.5 crore in the second quarter (Q2) of financial year 2025-26 (FY26), compared to a profit of Rs. 10.2 crore in the same period a year ago.
